Tony and Door on the Go is such a rare find these days. He is the type of person that after the job you can sit down and chit chat. I have used Tony before a few years ago and when I needed to replace a simple side door, I knew who to call. Finding a company to service residential doors is extremely hard if at all. His rapport with his clients is what makes this company and relationship unique. He is honest and trustworthy but more importantly his work is excellent and so professionally executed. He was on time installed in less than 2hrs. Tony even placed extra weather stripping for me top and bottom to ensure a tight fit. He even leaves his clients with a little thank you gift. Someone kicked in the door to my lane-way garage and broke the frame. It’s never easy knowing what the fix is or who to even contact to do the work. Tony took a look at things, recommended a steel reinforcement and a deadbolt to be added and quoted me over the phone. He showed up within an hour and got the job done within another hour. The price was very reasonable and I was happy with his honest attitude and professionalism. Hopefully I don’t have more issues but I will definitely work with them again if I do. Thank you!
Tony was very friendly and he spent time in making sure the whole door ( included the lock) can be closed perfectly well. He did more than what I asked him to fix in the beginning with no additional charge. And the result is fantastic. So if you ask me about the price, I would say it’s “VERY” affordable.
Condition of the door before I made the call: A wood sagged door in a very old house. The top hinge of my door was loosely attached to the frame (or jamb ?). Door cannot close properly.

1: Fix the holes of the frame where top hinge and bottom hinge are (ya, bottom, he fixed the bottom as well besides the top part, so both hinges of the door can last for very long time) [did so by filling the holes with new wood so new screw s can stay in place].
2: Fix the gap
3: Replace old hinges (both top and bottom) to new ones, with new screw nails, of course.
4: Adjust the lock of the door so it can be more secure.I now have a door that is working well again. Very happy to have called Tony at first place. 😀
