Tony was great from the start to the end. From the time we put in a request, he was quick to respond, and came in the next day. He was straight forward with pricing and fixed it very quickly, but still great quality! Tony was so kind he even brought muffins for all of our staff. I had a problem with 3 sliding glass doors, very difficult to slide. Called, Door On The Go, got Tony on the line and explained my problem, I though that it was the rollers. Made an appointment, Tony came to see the problem at the agreed time, and found that although the rollers were part of the problem, the larger problem was the door frames were too tight, and the preventative maintenance of cleaning the track had not been done.
