Had a problem with my sliding balcony door getting jammed because of something stuck in the track, so it wouldn’t close all the way. After trying (and failing) to fix it on my own for over an hour, I hopped on google and found Door On The Go. I spoke to Tony, who graciously tried to help me fix the door via a video call to avoid the expense of having a repair man come over. When that didn’t work, he sent over Norman. Norman got here within the next hour, and immediately got to work fixing the sliding door. He was very helpful and knowledgeable, and explained everything he was doing as he did it. He fixed everything up really quickly, and the door works absolutely perfectly now. I’d definitely recommend their services for anyone who’s got an issue with their doors. Can’t go wrong here!

Norm, was amazing and saved our moving day from becoming a disaster! Moving day we discovered that the our couch would not go out the front door, or sliding door. We called Door On The Go and spoke with Norm, and sent him a picture of the door as requested.
We'd asked for availability next week, but once Norm understood that we moving right then, he was able to juggle appointments and was there within 20 mins. Norm had the 2 door pieces out, the couch was moved and the door back in place, working properly; all within 30 minutes!

Our patio door lock needed to be replaced. I’d previously had two other locksmiths come over who both told me the lock could not be replaced. Tony was able to come over the same day as my inquiry, arrived at the time he said he would and immediately was able to find a solution and replace the lock. Great service, speedy work and response. An overall excellent experience, I highly recommend!

Tony was very friendly and he spent time in making sure the whole door ( included the lock) can be closed perfectly well. He did more than what I asked him to fix in the beginning with no additional charge. And the result is fantastic. So if you ask me about the price, I would say it’s “VERY” affordable.
Condition of the door before I made the call: A wood sagged door in a very old house. The top hinge of my door was loosely attached to the frame (or jamb ?). Door cannot close properly.
PS: I also post two pictures just to show how the top hinge looked like before Tony came
What Tony fixed:
1: Fix the holes of the frame where top hinge and bottom hinge are (ya, bottom, he fixed the bottom as well besides the top part, so both hinges of the door can last for very long time) [did so by filling the holes with new wood so new screw s can stay in place].
2: Fix the gap
3: Replace old hinges (both top and bottom) to new ones, with new screw nails, of course.
4: Adjust the lock of the door so it can be more secure.
I now have a door that is working well again. Very happy to have called Tony at first place.
